Scheduled for May 2019, the event offers a number of educational tracks, presentations and one-on-one discussion opportunities, all focused on the strategic and technological factors that impact the delivery and management of exceptional customer experiences.


This year’s theme, Experience Evolved, focuses on the ever-changing nature of Customer Experience and the ways that organizations support customer interactions. The presentations and breakout sessions explore past evolution, current strategy and technology trends, and steps your organization can take to meet the expectations of your customers, both now and in the future.

    • What is Engage?

      Engage 2019 is the premier learning and networking event for Avtex customers and users. Scheduled for May, 2019 the event offers a number of educational tracks, presentations and one-on-one discussion opportunities, all focused on the strategic and technological factors that impact the delivery and management of exceptional customer experiences. Engage is NOT a selling or marketing-focused event; instead the event is designed to facilitate knowledge building and collaboration.

    • Who should attend Engage 2019?

      This year’s event has been carefully designed to offer valuable learning opportunities for CX professionals, technology administrators and department leaders. Whether your work is focused on developing CX programs, managing a contact center or CRM platform, or overseeing a team of customer-facing agents, Engage 2019 will help you gain insight into strategies for jumpstarting impactful evolution within your organization.

    • What does CX: Evolved mean?

      The theme of Engage 2019 is Experience Evolved. During the day’s sessions, presentations and collaborative activities, we’ll explore the evolving nature of CX and the technologies that drive it. We’ll look at past evolution within the discipline, current trends and future actions you can take to develop deeper, more effective relationships with customers.

      • Is there a fee to attend Engage 2019?

        Yes, there is a minimal registration fee to attend Engage 2019. Up to five employees from your company can attend Engage 2019 for a $1000 registration fee. The registration fee for a single attendee is $500.

      • What is included in the registration fee?

        By attending Engage 2019, you’ll enjoy a wide range of learning sessions and presentations, as well as a variety of networking opportunities. Engage attendees also have access to our team of technology platform experts. The registration fee also includes complimentary meals and beverages, and entry into a raffle for a number of great prizes.

      • How do I submit the registration fee?

        Payment for individual and company registrations may be submitted by credit card via PayPal. You may also request to be invoiced for the registration fee.  Payment must be made within 30 days of registration to secure your spot.

      • What topics will be covered at Engage 2019?

        The agenda for Engage 2019 covers a wide range of topics, including CX strategy, planning and management. We’ll also cover a number of more technology-focused topics, including ecosystem integration, analytics, machine learning and more. Specific sessions also dive deep into Microsoft and Genesys technology solutions that support CX.

      • How are sessions grouped?

        The breakout session lineup is divided into multiple tracks, each with its own theme and focus. This allows attendees to plan their sessions based on the topics that matter most to them.

      • Do I have to choose a single track?

        No, we encourage every attendee to attend the sessions of most interest and benefit to their own individual role or passion. Pick and choose whatever sessions you like across any of the available tracks.

        • What should I bring?

          Bring a laptop and something to take lots of notes.  You will have the opportunity to learn and address specific challenges your organization is facing.
